Kathy Springborn (Wisconsin)

Start-up Team Lead

Industry Chops: 30 years in the industry and 6 of those years have been with RevCycle Partners.

My Partner Strength: Passionate about making sure we do the best we can for our clients.

On the Job: I love jumping in and helping a team member.

Fun Fact: I drove a stock car in a powder puff race years ago.

Annette Drew (Nebraska)

Start Up Billing Specialist

Industry Chops: 24 years in the industry and 5 of those years are with RevCycle Partners.

My Partner Strength: Helping clinics get up and running using our billing service.

On the Job: I love being able to help clinics get things working smoothly and getting the money coming in a timely manner. I also like helping them solve a problem they may have been having and couldn’t solve themselves.

Fun Fact: My son is a hockey goalie, and my daughter does competitive dance. The sports couldn’t be more different! Hockey is rough, loud, and smelly! Dance is all grace, glitz, and glam! What’s similar? The amount hard work they both put in.

Hannah Boyd (Kentucky)

Start Up Billing Specialist

Industry Chops: 13 years in the industry and 3.5 of those years are with RevCycle Partners.

My Partner Strength: Coming with experience in a private practice, I understand the importance of understanding the proper process to effectively execute all roles for the financial and moral benefit of both the office and patients.

On the Job: I have always loved getting to know people and learn from their different life experiences. When we meet with clients and welcome them to RevCycle Partners, I get the opportunity to do just that.

Fun Fact: My husband and I recently moved to the Appalachian region to further his education as an optometrist. I am learning a different way of life and experiencing a culture I have never experienced before.

Karina Noxon (Washington)

Start Up Billing Specialist

Industry Chops: 4.5 years in the industry and 3.5 of those years are with RevCycle Partners.

My Partner Strength: My goal is to be the best “Billing Detective”. I strive to find deeper meaning in the denials/rejections to limit future issues. (I also don’t take “no” for an answer.)

On the Job: I believe using the right techniques can make a huge difference in the productivity of a practice.

Fun Fact: I recently bought a hula hoop, figuring it would be easy. I was wrong. I cannot hula hoop, no matter how hard I try! I am determined to learn, though!

Danielle Kiger (Illinois)

Start Up Billing Specialist

Industry Chops: 11 years in the industry and 2 of those years are with RevCycle Partners.

My Partner Strength: I love digging into all aspects of an insurance claim and uncovering the root of a problem.

On the Job: When we help offices achieve their billing goals, I enjoy seeing them thrive.

Fun Fact: I love to garden! My favorite thing to grow are sweet potatoes, peppers, and lettuce.

Jamie Harvatt (Illinois)

My Partner Strength: Helping new clients work through the complexities of start-up.

On the Job: I know how stressful and hard it is to get everything done in a busy practice. I love being able to alleviate the stress—and hopefully make each day more enjoyable and profitable for them.

Fun Fact: Although I work in billing, I have a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Spanish from the University of Illinois.
